Cefalia Capital was born to allow investors to get in on real estate deals without spending the time searching for and managing them. We take our gains and dump them into multi-family apartment buildings, force appreciation and sell when the time is right.  These investments, unlike stocks or REITs, will continually cashflow at 5%+ while we force appreciation and plan an exit, under 10 years,  with a target of 100% return at exit.
